Thank you for shopping with Jeh's Authentic Vault. We are committed to processing your orders efficiently and getting your products to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing, when available

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International orders, where available, may require additional time for customs processing and delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, order size, weight, and other applicable factors.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipping label is created.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable shipping carrier and may occasionally take additional time to update.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, or the shipping carrier.

For packages that are confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next step.

For packages confirmed as delivered, Jeh's Authentic Vault may not be responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

7. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the package and the product

• Any additional information requested by our customer service team

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. Multiple Items and Separate Shipments

Depending on product availability, warehouse location, shipping method, or the nature of the products purchased, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number or more than one delivery.

You will not necessarily be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
